120 gms of maida<br />
3 tbsp of chocolate powder <br />
10gms of baking powder<br />
120gms of sugar powder<br />
drops of vanilla essence <br />
4 eggs<br />
rich cream(double cream)<br />
cherry<br />
rum<br />
dark chocolate<br />

method<br />
seperate the egg yolk from the egg white.<br />
beat the egg yolk with sugar powder and vanilla essence till its fluffy.<br />
separately heat a pan of water and after the water is heated to a Luke warm temperature switch the gas off.<br />
now beat the egg white over the Luke warm water in ab vessel and beat till it foams up and forms a peak.<br />
now shift in your measured baking powder, chocalate powder and maida together through a shifter 4 times.<br />
greaser your baking tin and dust it with maida.<br />
preheat the oven for 10 mins at 150degree centigrade.<br />
now pour in your maida mix in to the egg mixture and through cut and fold method mix it well.<br />
then pour it into the baking tin and bake it at 180degree centigrade for 20 minutes.<br />
after your cake is done take it out from the oven and allow it to cool. do not take it out immediately as the cake will break.<br />
after the cake is cooled the cut the cake from the center.<br />
then add rum (2 caps of the bottle)and the cherry syrup.<br />
then beat in your double cream over a tray of ice.<br />
apply this at the center of the cake and also add cherry slices.<br />
put the other part add double cream to it decorate it with whole cherry and chocolate shreddings and allow it to freeze.<br />
cut and enjoy the richness of the cake<br />
